Design and layout a schematic for a 4-bit ALU utilizing nMOS technology by hand and with magic. Specifically, this 4-bit ALU is to include a represetation of each major component.
It is expected that at least two students will work as a team to implement
this nMOS technology design. It is also expected that this project be
implemented with magic and hand generated schematics/diagrams.
