======= Game Creation Phase Working in pairs, using only the allowed materials, create a two-person game that can be played in 5 minutes with the following constraints: - The game must be about the Iraq situation. - You may use at most two 8.5x11" pieces of paper taped together for the board. - You may create your own tokens with additional paper. - You may use one die. You have 30 minutes to create your game and write down the rules for the game. We will then break into two groups and play the games. Each group will vote a "best" game from the group. The two best games will be shared by the whole class. Things to Consider: *) Is the game turn-based: - How many turns are needed to win - How long does each turn take *) Is the game concurrent (both players are acting at the same time) *) Is the game competitive or cooperative? *) What is the objective of the game? *) What are the possible end-states? *) How does a person win? *) Rule quality: 1) Do your rules sufficiently explain the game? 2) Are the rules ambiguous, 3) Are the rules concise?
