Game Design Exercise 5: Digital Prototype

Say you are going to convert your board game from exercise 4 into a one-player computer game. Create a digital prototype of some aspect of this game. Do the following in this order:

  1. Answer: What aspect of the game do you want to prototpye? Some subset of game mechanics? The user control/kinisthetics? Some part of the user interface as relates to the game? Why do you need to prototype this aspect?
  2. Answer: What do you hope to learn from the prototype?
  3. Create a simple digital prototype in any tool that you wish.
  4. Answer: What did you learn from the prototype?
KEEP THE SCOPE SIMPLE Turn in answers to the above including a screen-shot of your prototype. You may work in groups of 3 just as on your paper-prototype modification.
