Contributed will be scheduled for 25 minutes. Main lectures will be scheduled for 50 minutes. Here is a preliminary version of the booklet of abstracts of all talks.

All lectures and talks take place in Olin Hall. The lecture room is equipped with a computer projector, overhead projector, and white board. Wireless internet is provided in the lecture room for all registered participants.
